As a (Junior) F&B Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Leiden, you ensure the smooth daily operation of all our F&B outlets and encourage strong teamwork to create unique and personal guest experiences. Whether it is our new Helium Bar, the restaurant, or one of our meeting rooms, you set the standard for quality and hospitality.

We are looking for a natural leader who inspires and motivates the team to deliver unforgettable experiences. With your leadership, you ensure top service, quality, and efficiency, passionately elevating both guest satisfaction and team performance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the team to create exceptional guest experiences
• Planning, developing, and implementing departmental goals
• Creating an inspiring and motivating work environment with a strong team spirit
• Developing team members for the next step or expanding their skills
• Staff planning (including approving working hours)
• Inventory management and maintaining contact with suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with all Food Safety, HACCP and Brand Standard requirements
• Active and visible participation in daily operations (restaurant, bar & banqueting)
• Registering transactions in the cashiering system
• Ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen and other departments

You…

• Communicate well in English, Dutch is a plus
• Have made first experience in a leadership or supervisor role
• Have an operational mindset and a creative spirit, and know how to implement innovative ideas to optimize revenue and increase guest satisfaction
